Nonprofit Application Approved

In addition to resurrecting our ministry with a brand-new website we also have received approval from the IRS for our nonprofit exempt status under the Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3). This took a long time to do (and) with our attorney’s help we navigated our reorganization from a sole owner LLC to our nonprofit status.

This is a big stride forward for our ministry. Not only are your contributions tax deductible under IRC Section 170 (but) our ministry can now take advantage of federal tax-exempt status rolling all contributions back into the ministry (and) we can also take better advantage of other company discount offerings for nonprofit organizations.

We are filled with gratitude, reverence, and awe in our heavenly father and how he led this ministry through some pretty tough growing pains.
